About the New Orleans Saints

Founded in 1967, the Saints were once the laughingstock of the entire NFL. New Orleans did not record a winning record until 1987 -- when the Saints went 12-3, en route to the franchise's first-ever playoff appearance.

For years, the franchise was one of the most inept in all of professional sports, but the Saints' fortunes changed in 2006, when Sean Payton took over as head coach, and Drew Brees signed with the Saints. Since then, the Saints have qualified for the playoffs five times, and won the franchise's first-ever Super Bowl in 2009. Brees and the Saints have one of the NFL's most prolific passing offenses -- and one of the top passing offenses in NFL history.

Don't miss your chance to watch Brees orchestrate one of the league's best and most entertaining offenses! Be there this season to root the Saints on, as they compete against the Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons in the ever-improving NFC South!
