About Kevin Hart

Born in Philadelphia, Hart attended George Washington High School and Temple University, making rounds in comedy clubs in the Philly area. The audiences loved Hart, and as he fine-tuned his act his popularity grew, eventually quitting his job as a shoe salesman to pursue comedy full-time. He hit it big after appearing at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, and went on to perform on Def Comedy Jam, the All-Star Jam, and many more comedy festivals.

Hart has a vast filmography, including: The 40-Year-Old-Virgin, Soul Plane, Paper Soldiers, Scary Movie 3 and 4, Along Came Polly, Death at a Funeral, Little Fockers, Not Easily Broken, and One Day in Jersey, and he won a Kid's Choice Award for voicing the character Snowball in The Secret Life of Pets. He also starred in the Comedy Central made-for-television series, Kröd Mändoon, playing the hilarious part of the Flaming Sword Fire. Additionally, Kevin Hart has appeared on several TV series, including Barbershop, Jake in Progress, The Big House, Undeclared, Party Down, Cubed and more. But Hart's true love is stand-up.
