Drake Tour Schedule

Drake has teamed up with hip hop trio Migos for the "Aubrey and the 3 Amigos" tour, and their shows have been some of the hottest tickets on the market. The tour has been extended to more shows in November 2018, so you'll have even more opportunities to see Drake perform hits from his latest album, Scorpion, like "Nice for What," "In My Feelings," and "Nonstop."

About Drake

Drake, also known as Aubrey Drake Graham, was born October 24, 1986. In his short career, he's been able to pair with some of the biggest stars in music. Acts associated with Drake include Lil Wayne, Jay Z, Kanye West, Mary J. Blige and many more. Before emerging as one of the hottest acts in hip hop, Drake was better known to fans as Jimmy Brooks on the Canadian-television show Degrassi: The Next Generation. Without a major label release to his credit, Drake was still able to garner a number of awards from the music business. And without a tour going on, Drake tickets were still a hot topic of conversation in the music business. At the 2009 BET Hip Hop Awards, he won Track of the Year for "Every Girl" as well as Rookie of the Year. He was also nominated for MTV's Best New Artist in a Video and at the Soul Train Awards was nominated for Record of the Year, Best New Artist and Best Collaboration. Along with success comes a lot of attention, and the attention on the Drake Concert Tour can attest to that.

Music fans were first introduced to Drake when he released the Room for Improvement mixtape. Room for Improvement paired Drake with DJ Smallz and featured appearances by Trey Songz, Lupe Fiasco and more Clipse. Drake followed up his first effort with 2007's Comeback Season and its single "Replacement Girl," which featured Trey Songz. It debuted as BET's New Joint of the Day on April 30, 2007. After Drake's first two singles came out, the music ended up with 'Lil Wayne, who was about to embark on a tour. Lil Wayne invited Drake to go on the road with him and while on tour the duo recorded several songs together, including "Ransom," "I Want This Forever" and a "Brand New" remix.

Drake's third mixtape, So Far Gone, was released free online and was downloaded 2,000 times in the first two hours it was available. Featuring Lil Wayne, Lloyd, Trey Songz and more, So Far Gone archived success both in the mainstream as well as in hip hop's underground very quickly for a relatively-unknown act and went on to receive heavy radio play on the strength of its biggest singles "Best I Ever Had" and "Successful." The mixtape earned rave reviews in the hip hop community, and was even named MTV's "Hottest Mixtape of 2009 (So Far)." Drake made hip hop history one July 4 of 2009 when two of his singles, "Best I Ever Had" and "Every Girl" were on the Billboard Hot 100, just the second time ever an artists has had his first two singles in the top ten of the charts. Around this time 'Lil Wayne invited Drake to sign with his Young Money Entertainment production company, and the deal was formally completed on June 29, 2009. Following the signing, Drake embarked on the America's Most Wanted Tour with Lil Wayne and Soulja Boy.

Drake's first official album release Thank Me Later is a who's who of music business stars. Acts reported to appear on Thank Me Later include Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Kings of Leon, The Dream and Boi-1da. Drake tickets are selling well now, but once his first full-length album comes out he will become a household name. When asked about Thank Me Later, Drake responded, "It's gonna be bigger, it's gonna sound happier, more victorious, 'cause that's where I'm at in my life." Singles on Thank Me Later include "Fireworks," "Shut it Down," "Over," "Light Me Up," and more.
